Open Universities Australia (OUA), an online higher education organization based in Australia, needed a way to track and follow-up with student-applicants, faculty, and its fourteen partner universities, to provide each university with its own digital sales and marketing channel and a managed service for ongoing student enrollment and management.
Idea
OUA completed a Bluewolf Health Check to identify where and how to improve its system. From the results of that assessment, OUA combined Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud on Lightning Experience to create a seamless end-to-end experience for students, OUA staff, and its partner universities alike.
